I had dating ultrasound at 20 weeks (less accurate) giving me a due date of 9/6/13. is it possible for father to be someone i had sex with 11/23/12?

Not likely: 2nd trimester ultrasounds have at most a 2 week margin of error for predicting gestational age. Your conception probably happened within a week of december 14. Paternity testing is available commercially. Ask your local google search engine.
