It still has risks: alcohol impairs both healing and blood clotting, particularly if you drink larger amounts (more than 1-2 standard drinks). This could result in increased bleeding, as well as risk of infection. Your OB/GYN provider who did the D&C is the one you should be asking. If the D&C was for pregnancy termination, unsafe sex is more likely when drinking, so take proper precautions!!
