Minutes to hrs: Any active bleeding should have stopped by now just like a cut in the mouth would though some residual blood may have pooled in the vagina.

Healing answer: The vaginal cut or tear will usually heal if superficial in 3 to 5 days. You won't know if it is superficial or deep without a "eyes on it" visit to the MD.
