When i take my first reading of bp i get 150/70 then after 1mn 140/68 then after 1mn 133/79 the after 1mn 135/70 so is this considered as white coat syndrome or just monitor error?

BP: Your BP findings are fairly typical. While not strictly abnormal, you should pay attention to diet and exercise and healthy lifestyle. Keep an eye on the pressure going into the future, it could rise.

BP: BP does vary. That is often why we suggest it be monitored. If you are not in the presence of a doctor or in a medical facility, it cannot be labeled white coat. All the best.
