Boils: Need to be drained and may need antibiotics. Keep the area clean by showering often with an antibacterial solution. This bacteria is often carried in your respiratory tract and Bactroban (mupirocin) in both nares 2-3 times a day for 2-3 weeks may help long term. All the best.
