Probably: When feeling stressed or uncomfortable it is normal for blood pressure to rise above the usual target of 140/90. It's only a problem when your blood pressure remains above 140/90 when you are comfortably at rest and feeling well. Interestingly, blood pressure while asleep is important as well, but it's so difficult to measure this we rarely do.

Not normal BP but: Your blood pressure was high on this visit and it is not unusual for blood pressure to be higher sometimes when you are sick. Get it checked again and if it remains high you may need change in your treatment. But if remains as was before you can continue with same.
