Many possible causes: There are many potential causes: migraine headache, sinus headache, tension or cluster.... although a recurrent headache at night or in the morning that occurs only at home can suggest a carbon monoxide leak in the home. Consider checking your detector or getting one. Especially if the headaches do not go away or continue to worsen, certainly seek care. Unlikely to be a symptom of pregnancy.
