2-WeeksWorryVacation: That's most likely a lymph node. Lymph nodes get bigger when they are fighting an infection or inflammation or other body invaders. Get a good feel for its location and size. Then leave it alone for two weeks (so you don't irritate it), then check again. If not gone and is the same size or bigger and/or gets painful or tender, get a doctor to examine you and try and figure out why it's there.
