Lump in ear: More than likely this is a cyst. Sometimes the pores in the skin can get blocked and lead to formation of these cysts. Sometimes scrubbing the skin with antibacterial soap and water on a wash cloth may be enough or an exfoliating scrub daily. If that doesn't help, consult your primary physician.
