WBC has been hi whole life. Latest result: Hi WBC, low RDW, hi Neutrophils, 2+ Occult Blood, positive ANA direct, hi Complement C3, Serum, hi antichromatin antibody. C reactive protein & sed rate normal. Does this point to anything or inconclusive?
Crp .1 mg/l. Ra/anti-dsdna antibs/ana all negative. Why might hematology report indicate "suggested reactive or inflammatory process"? Also noted subset of reactive lymphocytes, occasionally atypical.
Should one seek appointment with rheumatologist if ANA positive occurs with several symptoms of sle only if dsdna comes back positive? (low WBC too)
C3 Complement high, CRP high, Alpha 2 Glob high, WBC elevated/neutrophils high, ANA 1:640 IF DFS, other blood tests appear normal, pain, fatigue, and brain fog. rheum does not think SLE, referred back to PCP, what could we be looking at here?
