Likely is sinus: You may have a sinus infection of the frontal sinus. Alternatively you may be experiencing a recurrent Migrainous event. Is it relieved by taking aspirin or other nonsteroidals such as Aleve or Advil? Do antihistamines or decongestants help? Do you have foul smelling breath or post nasal drip?
