No proven way...: There is no proven AND SAFE way to increase testosterone via diet change or so-called "natural" supplementation, except perhaps by getting enough Vitamin D. But more importantly, why do you ask? If it's to promote muscle growth, nothing will be better, longer-lasting, health-promoting, and safer, than good old exercise and weight-training. If it's for another reason, chat with your doc about it!
