Dove, Caress & Ivory: Aveeno (oatmeal) body wash, like most soaps, find its' way into the vagina changing the pH and enhancing your yeast infection. Dove, Caress, and Ivory are mild and will not affect the pH of the vagina if used ONLY on the outside of your vagina on the skin.(vulva).
