It takes time...: The pain will go away, but it can take a few weeks or even a few months for symptoms like pleurisy pain from TB to clear up, even if the infection itself is in control with antibiotics. If you've been on treatment only a brief time, things should start to improve soon. If it's been more than a couple of weeks, check back with the doctor or clinic managing your care. Good luck!
