Results conclusive: With the home oral fluids HIV test, the results are conclusive any time after 3 months, no matter how high the risk was at the time. In addition, in the UK a heterosexual "guy of unknown status" is very unlikely to have HIV, so this probably was not an especially high risk encounter, assuming he isn't bi, an IV drug user, etc.
