Don't wax: Roaccutane has been implicated in a number of severe bad effects. Its desired therapeutic effect seems to be based on the oil glands becoming a less welcoming place for bacteria. Because this seems associated with other skin effects, adding the irritation of waxing is probably not a good idea. Is there any definite harm? No.
