Height increase: Height is generally genetically determined, besides other factors mainly hormonal and depends on the age of at when you had your first menses, you continue to grow in height, at a slower pace though, for 4-5 years after, but no more. 5'4" isn't bad , good enough for normal labor and delivery, if you have adequate pelvis, you can compensate by high heels, academic or work achievement

Genetics: you have probably stopped growing and this is genetically and hormonally influenced. At you age you should not expect more growth.

Platform shoes: If you entered puberty the same time as your friends & your bone maturity is that of an 18 yo there is little you can do to increase your height.A single x-ray of your left hand can be assessed for bone maturity.If 18, you are done growing, if bony maturity is more like 15 you might grow an additional couple of inches.Nothing will help if the growth centers are closed/finished.
