Not likely: I am assuming that when you say toe fungus you mean toe nail fungus. This does not usually spread to other areas. These are always very difficult to treat and needs a very long term treatment. If it is not symptomatic like causing secondary bacterial infection, then the best thing is to leave it alone and not treat.
