You may have: cytolytic vaginosis. It is most often caused by Lactobacillus overgrowth. Furthermore if you have vaginal itching, pain during intercourse, or inflammation of the vagina and your swab shows copious Lactobacillus, then you likely need treatment for cytolytic vaginosis.
