As far as I know: plan B usually works 98% of the time, though its failure rate is not 0%. Chances are high that you will not have conceived. I would monitor my menstruation pattern closely as plan B usually will give some irregularity to the period for a month or so before it resets itself again. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.

The chance of: pregnancy is extremely LOW with this scenario. Plan B One-Step is up to 89 % effective when taken within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex. It can reduce chance of pregnancy by up to 95% if used within 24 hours. It continues to reduce the risk of pregnancy up to 120 hours (5 days) after unprotected sex, but is less effective as time passes. Plan B + oral controaceptive makes chance LOW, LOW
