So i took pills for chlamydia almost a week ago. dr said wasnt in enough pain during pelvic exm to be pid. im having mild constant pain. is it pid now?

Could be PID: With known chlamydial infection, any pelvic (lower abdominal) pain could be PID and should be checked out, no matter now mild. It isn't necessarily PID -- could just be anxiety about it, magnifying minor discomfort or normal body sensations. But better safe than sorry, so return to your doctor for further evaluation; or consider another doctor for second opinion.
