With bad posture standing/sitting etc can hip ligaments and spine become hypermobile?

Not likely: While it is better to try to practice good posture, it is not generally felt that having poor posture causes any structural problems in the spine. The opposite can be true in that structural problems in the spine can cause people to have bad posture, but in that case it has a deeper root cause than a voluntary failure to stand straight.
