Likely nothing wrong: It is very common to have an irregular cycle every so often, especially if not on birth control pills. Stress, sleep change, exercise/diet change, etc can all contribute. Keep a calendar of the next few cycles and if they continue to be irregular, see your doctor for evaluation.
