Endometrial Biopsy: Bleeding like this, after you have entered menopause, can be a subtle sign of endometrial cancer. You need to see an Ob/Gyn and get an endometrial biopsy and/or ultrasound. Most of the time these are negative and there is some other cause but when cancer is on the list of possible causes its important to take it seriously. Best wishes!
