Appendix???: You need to get to a doctor, as soon as possible, to make sure it isn't something serious. It *could* be a gastrointestinal virus or food poisoning. Or, it could be appendicitis, which can be life threatening. You should go to your local ER for evaluation. (or urgent care, if they have a 24 hour one near you).
