No: wait for the culture results , if it does not grow any specific bacteria , ignore the results and avoid unnecessary antibiotic use.

Contaminant: In our lab we usually do not obtain sensitivities unless a culture grows out more than 100k colonies. Usually mixed flora with low counts are contamination from specimen collection.
