I wrapped my stomach with saran wrap this morning & now i have a rash it's really itchy what do i do?

Why?: First we need to understand why are you wrapping your stomach with Saran Wrap. However the rash may be from the excessive heat or perspiration from it- in which case an antihistamine may help. If the rash lasts for >24 hrs. a topical hydrocortisone cream and OTC anti-itch cream may help. See doctor if problem persists for more than a week or gets worse .
