Very difficult: The competition to get into medical school is fierce. If the courses you failed were among the prime criteria such as organic chemistry and biology, then you have a tough road ahead of you. It will help if you have medical/ scientific extra curricular and summer activities. A favorable score on the MCAT test would also help.
