The pain: "sounds" like an irritated NERVE in your lower NECK (that is RADIATED PAIN from a disc bulge at C6-C7 cervical vetebral level! See your PCP ( who should also examine under your arm to eliminate a tender lymph node(s) Hope this helps Dr Z
