Diagnosed with a sinus infection. stopped citalopram a little over month ago, since then have developed dim snowy vision?

Get eye exam: Citalopram is not known to cause dim vision. Ask your pcp for referral to an ophthalmologist without delay for exam and proper diagnosis. I hope this helps.
