Get eye exam: Citalopram is not known to cause dim vision. Ask your pcp for referral to an ophthalmologist without delay for exam and proper diagnosis. I hope this helps.

Sinus infection: I understand your distress. Side effect of Citalopram cans be-abnormal vision. If you did not have vision problems while taking Citalopram, it is likely that sinus infection is causing snowy vision. Do not smoke. Please see an ENT Specialist for continued treatment. If snowy vision continues, see Ophthalmologist for Diagnosis and treatment. Believe in Healing power of your body!
