I drank from a styrofoam cup today (with a straw) a shot time later my lips were swelling and tingling. my right eye started swelling too what is this?

Allergy: This does sound like allergy which I would attribute to whatever it was you were drinking with the straw. I don't think the styrofoam was the problem, nor the straw. Evaluate what you were drinking.
