Gout causes : Gout can be related to diet but sometimes no specific dietary influences are found. It's often due to a metabolic defect whereby you produce too much uric acid. This can then crystalize in a joint and cause severe pain. Have you had your uric acids level checked ? If it's raised and you are having recurrent attacks you might want to consider a medication called allopurinol.

Cause Poor hydration: If you are getting recurrent attacks in spite of your good acts ( except alcohol ) cause may be you are not drinking enough fluids ( water ) Get your self well hated by drinking plenty of water ( I do to avert an attack ! ) You try and let us know the outcome Make sure visit your doctor to correct other metabolic abnormalities
