i drink a lot of soup and put ajinomoto for taste. is this going to affect my liver ? somebody told me it's bad for the liver. thank you

MSG: in normal amounts will not affect a healthy liver. It is a flavor enhancer used in many foods. Some people have temporary reactions to it, such as flushing or headache, but these are self limited.
