Need a check up: Swollen lymph nodes in the axilla , if defiinitly present require confirmation from a doctor and further testing to find the cause. Normally one should not feel any lymph nodes in the axilla. It could be something serious(?cancer), so do not wait and see. Yet it is not an emergency, but do get an examination done from your primary care physician ASAP(1-2 weeks time is fine).
