Too much of anything: Its not that caffeine is bad for wt loss. Caffeine will curb your appetite a bit, it is in many otc wt loss aids, and it can incr energy. But as a stimulant it can also incr blood press, and heart rate. Can cause irregul rythms, and nausea when taken in excess. These symp will arise after around 400 mg or 2 strong cups of java, but that is variable.Too much of anything can be a bad thing.
