What can cause you to not get pregnant?

Lots of causes: There are many causes for a failure to get pregnant. On the female side it could be structural, hormonal and even stress can play a role. It may also be an abnormality of your partner's sperm. My advice is to see your OB for an evaluation he or she can refer you on if needed. Good Luck:)
