A member asked:

How do you properly use a nasal steriod spray?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See directions: For prescription and over the counter steroid sprays: close one nostril with your finger and insert the spray in the open nostril. Squirt once and do the same with the other nostril. If the directions indicate 2 sprays in each nostril repeat the process. A little drip from the nose is normal. Try not to blow your nose for 5-10 minutes after spraying. Do NOT exceed the recommended sprays
