Probably nothing: Group B strep (GBS) is a normal bacteria in the genital area. Its main importance is that if in the vagina at the time of labor, the baby can be seriously infected. Typically it causes no symptoms in adults. However, if your semen otherwise has signs of infection, GBS might have something to do with it. Discuss with the doctor who advised the semen culture.
