I ate one foxglove flower a few years ago by an accident, it contains a digoxin which slows oxygen to the brain, might i have brain damage?

No: Digitalis slows oxygen delivery by its effect of lowering the heart rate. If you did not have any acute symptoms at the time, it is unlikely you have brain damage.
