I was walking up stairs then suddenly i tripped and got a bruise on my cheek bone and my left shoulder. any help?

Cheek, shoulder pain: just put ice on the areas 20 mins every hour. Take some Motrin for the pain. If everything moves fine you are likely OK.good luck and feel better!

Bruises: Bruises are best treated conservatively. To contain the spread and overall size, try icing the area. That will also help with swelling. Unfortunately, a bruise otherwise just takes time to get better. The purplish color will slowly turn to a greenish color which will fade to yellow and then disappear.
