I need help figuring out what is this series of bump that keep coming back i've been dealing with this since 2012 it started as one single white bump i popped it and more came back please help me?

Cyst: This sounds like a sebaceous cyst. Did not mention where is was , or what its contents were. If it is in the same place and contains cheesy material this would be a cyst. You may need minor surgery to remove it totally. Best wishes.
