You could.....: but there wouldn't be a lot of point. The steroid does everything the aspirin can do and then more. It's not likely you'll get any additional benefit from adding the aspirin. There might be more risk of stomach irritation if both are taken simply because the pills directly TOUCH the stomach (but, most likely, there isn't additional stomach risk either for the same reason).
