Depends: Starting with a good whole food based multivitamin is usually a good idea. For more detailed info about your requirements, get a vitamin d level done and consider doing a broader based nutrient analysis. I usually use a tissue mineral analysis by analytical research lab.

Exhaused Mom: Being a mother of two young kids i can sympathize. I agree with the above but also make sure you are on a low glycemic diet since sugar swings can make you more tired. Use vitamin b complex since stress can decrease these levels and take an iron pill since you probably lost some blood with the deliveries and your iron stores are low. I agree with the vitamin d and.

Maybe none: Supplements don't replace bad eating habits. Make sure you eat, real food, not junk/empty calories, sweets, soda, bars, etc. Eat protein at each meal. Stay well hydrated, easy on caffeine. Ample fruits, veggies (nature's antioxidant cocktail). Check that you are not iron deficient-very common in women your age; w/o anemia can be exhausted. Maybe a standard multivit as "insurance".
