I just had twin boys via cesarean section and got the mirena iud as birth control i've had it for almost 2 month. and have been experiencing bleeding non stop no pain or anything just annoying bleeding is this cuz of my cesarean or cuz my iud?

For the first 3 to 6 months with Mirena (levonorgestrel) • Your period may be less predictable than usual • Bleeding and spotting may increase and continue to be irregular. Periods over time may become shorter, lighter or even stop • Your periods may stop altogether for as long as you have Mirena (levonorgestrel)

Not your C-section: its bleeding is long gone already, most probably your IUD, please visit your gynecologist,good luck
