Usually in 6 months: I'm assuming you were taking DepoProvera which is given every 3 months. I usually wears off and you will begin ovulating and menstruating in 6-8 months. Occasionally, 1%, will not get a period for 1 year. See your gynecologist if you want to get pregnant or you need your period before then.
