Iron is Iron: The Iron prescribed to pregnant woman is not chemically different than than other Iron. Likely one company is marketing their product to pregnant women to help generate sales.

Serum iron is a bit low doctor given me 200mg ferrous sulphate 2x per day. Equivalent to 65mg per pill. Seems a lot of iron? Scared to take it.
