Endoscopy >nerd ,head mri >nothing but maxilary sinus polyp ,abdominal echo nothing ,cbc normal , but i have nausea about 3-4 months ago + 37.5 fever?

Wow,: I didn't know we nerds were detectable by endoscopy! 37.5 isn't necessarily abnormal. If the nausea was 3 to 4 months ago and gone, with all tests negative there's not a clear direction to go with this. ONGOING nausea can have many causes outside of the gut. Medicine effects, ear or brain abnormalities, post-nasal drip, to name merely a few.
