Odds don't matter: The brief interval between exposures make the question too close to call. There are significant legal burdens when dealing with parental rights and responsibilities. This one will take paternity testing to sort out the issue. The NIPP, a non-invasive test on a maternal blood sample can be done as early as 8 weeks and provides court level determination of paternity.
