If i had a mrsa infection a month ago, folliculitis was treated with bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim). will i be colonized with mrsa from now on? will i be a carrier?

Mrsa: If you finished the antibiotics you should not be colonized with Mrsa colonization usually occurs in the nose. If you are concerned your doctor can do a nasal culture to be sure

You probably were: for some time prior to the infection. These typically occur from the germs which are on the skin. These tend to stay the same over time. So, if previous MRSA, it is expected to stay there.
