Conservative care: You should try icing the bottom of your feet and heels at the end of the day. Use a water bottle and put it in the freezer. You also need to stretch the back of your Achilles' tendon. It's is called a runners stretch. Try to do this at least three times a day. It should always be a gentle stretch. Otherwise visit your local friendly neighborhood podiatrist.
